You will be bound by these terms and conditions whether you read them or not. J&C Stallion Station's function is to bring the donator (buyer) and the stallion owner together. All responsibilities and guarantees lie between the donator (buyer) and the stallion owner.
Payment: All donations should be made directly to the Huntington's Disease Society of America. Mare care is to be payed to the stallion owner when the mare is picked up. There could be other fees associted with shipped semen. All fees will be noted by each stallion. Since services are based on donations there are no refunds.
